These terms apply to your use of steadyair.net, operated by Steadyair Heating & Cooling ("Steadyair", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Give accurate information when you send a request.
  • Request service only for a home you own or are authorized to arrange service for.
  • Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or send automated or false requests.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request does not create a contract and does not obligate you or us. An estimate, quote or set of repair or replacement options is not a contract. Work is agreed only when you and we confirm it in writing. Prices and availability are confirmed before any work begins.

Information on the site, including the repair or replace guide and regional information, is general information. It is not a diagnosis of your system.

Calls and texts

Calls and texts are covered by our Texting terms. Our use of your information is covered by our Privacy policy.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadyair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or use, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
